i noticed a charge on my bank account of $29.99 check number [protected] and called them and they said i ok it, i don't rember if i did, i know i was trying to get a loan for some money but i thought i cancelled every thing out, i must have push the wrong button, and sign on to something i don;t know about, i have a prolbem with things when i read them and i don't understand, so i thought i deleted it all out, i don't want this and don't have the money for what can i do Lorraine Garbett [protected]@unitelc.com

WHAT CAN BE DONE TO THIS COMPANY?
THEY TOOK MONEY FROM MY CHECKING WITHOUT MY KNOWLEGE NOW IM OUT 29.99 AND 36.00 OVERDRAFT CHARGE. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND WAS TOLD TO WRITE THE MAIN OFFICE. THIS IS BECAUSE I TRIED FOR A PAYDAY LOAN . SO BEWARE... IF I DONT GET SATIFACTION I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED LOSS PREVENTION THRU MY BANK. WELL SEE WHAT HAPPENS
they took to checks from my account with out me knowing and know i have 88.28 in bank fee and they want give any back. i am not happy
I APPLIED FOR A PADY LOAN AND AND I WAS TAKEN TO A WEBSITE THA ASKED FOR 28.95 AND I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS SERVICE AND NOW THEIR HAS BEEN A WITHDROW FORM MY ACCOUNT OF 28.95 AND I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS AND YOU HAVE OVER DROWN MY ACCOUNT AND I WOULD LIKE FOR THOS NOT TO HAPPEN AGIN AND FOR MY MONEY TO BE PUT BACK IN TO MY ACCOUNT ASAP.

The same thing happened to me for 29.99 I know I didnt even sign up for it and they assured me it would be put back into my checking acct. been past 14 days gee what a scam someones pulling I want my money back what can we do?
I had money taken from my account as well and the phone number [protected]. I called several times and got a busy signal or the line just disconnected. I kept calling and I finally got through. At first they told me they could not find my account. When I informed them that they didn't have a problem finding my account to take out the funds and that my next step was legal action, the representative was able to locate the account. This withdrawal has been taken from my account several times and they asked me to give them every date it was taken. That made no since to me since once they had the account, they should have records when they took the funds. They closed they account but did not want to return my money. Fortunately, I have prepaid legal services through my employer and I intend to get my money back through that avenue. They say if you applied for a payday loan that somewhere in the acceptance of the loan you signed and agreed to have the ID Lock Theft take the monthly fee, if that's the case the writing had to be so small you needed more than zoom on the computer to see it.
