Friday November 18, Flight 6118 confirmation ME46H. I already bought seats for me my wife my 14 year old girl and my 7 year old boy. Try doing check in on Iberia website would not allow me, ask American airline to check us in from Tampa to Madrid, they said they are not allow, they advice to check in when I arrive in Miami. In Miami went to get my boarding pass to find out that your beloved airline sold our seats the one I already paid for and they book each member of my family in different seats far away from each other. I have a health problem and they aggravated me so much they me so angry for separating our kids from the parent this is so stupid and irresponsible. I have to stay standing at the counter for an hour arguing for them to return our seat to no good, me and my wife were tired already, my special egan meal that I requested they run out of it I have only one meal dinner and it took for ever for them to bring it to me. First time and last time I will fly with your ailine and I will also log complaint with my Attorney general about how you treat us and how you separate kids from their parent. I have a flight going back on Nov 26 from madrid to LGW Flight#3718 and then LGW to Tampa Nov 27 flight 7614.cofirmation ME46H.
