I have banked with IBC for more than 10 years. Even when it was Local Oklahoma Bank. In 10 years I never had a problem. I went through the drive through last saturday, and the teller asked me a question I could not understand. When she could not explain it, she just said "nevermind." And I could see her and the other teller in the window blatantly laughing. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in a bank. And I will be switching my account to the bank across the street from them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
