Hyatt Detroit Utica MI review: GM, Dotty, and staff at the Hyatt

This information should NOT be held private. Utter disgust and not an isolated incident. Whatever that means... Stayed at the Hyatt Utica Michigan location for over 40 days. Paid every single day, on time, they new my situation. Worked with me at first, even paying after 5 or 6 pm. Still paid every single day, ON TIME. once the staff, for whatever reasons, decided they want to bully, gang up on me and start causing minor/major issues the past two weeks? Shame on you. That's why people need to STOP nosing into others personal business in person or on media and mind ur own affairs. Just because u hate ur own life, don't meddle into mine. Ur opinions aren't welcome. So had my room muddled with on various occasions. To hair all over the bed after cleaning, found four bugs on my bed, smoke alarm pulled down for some reason and an "FU" written on my window.

I have filed two corporate complaints within the past two weeks. They don't do anything but side with the GM. They don't care unless you have concrete evidence. This past Friday, the staff, out of the blue told me I owe them $102.00 from April 11th, 2023, that I already paid. Unreal... The payment was pulled from my bank with thar date and showed them statements. They argued they never received it. U kidding me? Ur actual defrauding me by lying. My bank has proof. Yesterday they pulled the same, "you owe us $107.04 from Sunday!" U kidding here? Again, I showed my statements that the payment is pending and had the bank talk with Hyatt management. Had approval code, statements, proof I paid. Is it okay for any employee to tell you the transaction denied but yet they received payment? That's gaslighting... I have never once not paid my daily rate or bill, and yet they lied to me stating they never received payment, but they did. I have proof. They have proof. My bank transactions prove it. And even had bank call them. They are defrauding me! They did this to put me on the DNR list. Filed a police report this morning. One of the staff, Keta, got in my face last night yelling humiliating me in front of guests. Unbelievable... The property has CCTV surveillance of this. As I was discriminated, bullied, harassed and was lied to regarding a payment I DON'T owe. I've spent over $4,000 at this horrible property, why they and ban me over a PAID $107 payment? Hmm, they wanted a reaction from me to get me out of there. Such unethical liars.. u don't treat paying guests this way. To top it off, once I left the property, the GM called other sister properties in the area to tell them not to rent to me. I want a FULL refund due to my treatment and you lying stating I owe $107, when in fact I paid this amount on Sunday. I owe you guys not one dime. And u know it. Bank statements don't lie... just a pitiful reason to get me on their DNR list. This treatment won't go unpunished...
