Paid for member access, $29.95. Immediately entered email address, password. Did a search which only showed American info, not Australian info as requested. System froze. Logged out, tried to log back on with email and password, just created and both come back as incorrect. I cannot access or contact them as a receipt no was not issued upon completion of account, that I am aware of.
A waste of time. If you want to search Aust. records don't waste your money.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
What a complete waste of money - I wish I had read this page of reviews before parting with my money. It was listed as a UKGov site and I innocently thought it would provide what I asked for. Not a hope - even when given ALL the information they cant come up with details. How can this site still be allowed to continue?
In spite of being discovered in search of Australian data (family history records - births, deaths, etc.) information obtainable is virtually all American. A total waste of money. Several searches prior to signing up indicated that data was available for particular searches. after signing up, I find this is not so. DISHONEST
A complete waste of money, never found one person that I have entered into this site, it's just a scam.
Of no help to me at all. A waste of time and good money (£35.94) joined 29/8/11 asked for refund still waiting. Think i will be paying a visit to the bank to see if anything can be done.(not holding out much hope!)
Joined this website 2 days ago. cost £35.50. Cannot access it at all always the same message --- INVALID PARAMETERS sent for 2 queries ot no reply at all. HOW DO YOU CLOSE DOWN A SITE LIKE THIS, avoid avoid avoid.
What the f*&^%k is hubmemberaccss.com doing sending me an email with the my email address and login details from Ancestory.com? This would have to be some type of WORM/VIRUS/KEYSTROKER.
I know this might be a bit to late with the advise, but review the web site your visiting before you part with any money. Unfortunately I should have taken my own advise, total waste of time and good money.
Same story, trying to trace some relatives and was conned into paying £35 for access to uk records... no chance! Only US searches came up.Didnt use paypal so not much hope of any refund.They offered me ONE search of uk records.HUH! avoid like the plague...
Wasted my money! it said I could find my friend when I put in the details, but after I had paid £37 it came up with nothing, it is probably just for America and not UK can I get my money back, I paid with paypal?
A total waste of time and money. You request an Australian search and get several useless US records only. A complete con job.

if this is internet security i'm a bloody dutchman.give them all your details and then wont let you in.uk residents want uk info, wouldn't even process my own birth details let alone any others, biggest balls up since MAFFIKIN. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I paid the amount for being able to search their records but indeed a waste of money- after payment I was unable to get in even though I used the correct e-mail adress and password. Such a con indeed.

Exactly what I have found.
Cannot get access to website, says invalid details & password all entered correctly, terms state Only UNITED STATES information provided =useless if you are trying to search UK data. Very misleading as the site states UK Public Records database search available .DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE its a waste of time & money.
i am having the same problem of loging in, every time put my email address and password there is a red mark saying invalid password, am sure i am putting the correct password,
