Hot Rod Harley Davidson in Muskegon Michigan. review: tire replacement

I am complaining about the cost of replacing a tire. I sent an email to the manager and never heard anything back from them. Included is the email I sent. Thank you

Good morning Kyle,

I had an issue with your service department a few weeks ago and it is still bugging me. I need to get it off my chest.

I am retired and live in Florida. We have a summer place in Norton Shores, so we come up here for July & August.

I have a 2017 Ultra Limited motorcycle and it had 2859 miles on it when I had a flat on the rear tire. The dealership charged me $323.95 for the tire and $99 for labor. I checked on the Harley Davidson web site & your site, and the tire is $307.95. I called the dealership expressing my concerned about the difference in price and the service manager said the Harley site must not have been updated. REALLY, so nothing was done. Plus there is a rebate on Dunlop tires.
I just received an email from the Fort Walton Beach dealership in Florida and their ad is $192.76 for any factory replacement Dunlop tire. It includes install, taxes, & fees (I can forward you the email, if you want).

Also, I called Sandy's Harley Davidson in Fremont and their price for the tire was $307.95, plus I would get 10% off for be a HOG member.

I have also contacted Harley Davidson and H.O.G.

So, I would say that I was taken advantage of (overcharged, 10% discount & rebate).

FYI: I purchase my bike new at the Panama City Beach Dealership.
