Honour Lane Logistics Sdn Bhd review: late delivery and fake delivery time showing in system.

We have a document delivery to KUALA TERENGGANU, it tooks us more than 1 week to reach our client's hand. Consignment note: [protected].
We have called every day to tracing our delivery. On 11/09/2017, the customer service operator mentioned will delivery on 11/09/2017 before 5.30pm, but end up no delivery on the same day. We call again on 12/09/2017, operator say will write notice and waiting feedback from K. Terengganu agent and call back to us, and once again, not receive any call or message from GDEX. Same reason goes on 13/09/2017, and no feedback.
The only message received on 14/09/2017 mentioned that the document delivered on 13/09/2017 without time. But in the GDEX tracing system was stated delivery on 11/09/2017 at 5.00pm which is not correct.

The late delivery makes our client lost confident on business with us.
It really drag us to a terrible situation with your late delivery service.
