This has been going on forever I have complained many many t8me over 50 plus call to the dealership phone problem on you end among other problems with dealership and hired and fired many complained to Honda and going to file again. As was told to do and still nothing done. Your manger in tucson had handle a dealership of o his own almost during covid with people leaving and no car and you have had complaint prior since than t prior.., two new flat tires beside the blowout due to computer bring up code and distraction system going down and battery proble, and be sold a car that was not told the right information on and salesman leaving and being told he was taking day off than gone and told he was in another bussness not true we hired a investigator to find him at another dealership and was called back into your dealership and not returning calls. Was just given lies and sold a car that should of been returned within the first week but never told that either. You should not have salemen sells car without doing first and closing on a Friday night before even driving.. it’s been a horrific experience and you knew you were selling to a disable person with a new cancer dia. The manger had pulled this dealership back on it ft as best possible with no properly working phone service. No decent employees nor SERVIS manger and seem to work like a dog to just hold it together. We have contacted 9 on your side and decide to wait after specking with many and documenting from. The star. To date it still not being deal with., finally after almost a yr had someone show how to use car. Who understood hybird. No one prior new hire and three traumatizing experiences. The sale man new not to sell car three weeks prior and was looking for proper car. Even after dealing making deal he refused to sell and was looking for proper car but when could find and was buying from car man car that night sold hybrids that he knew nothing about and never received even the warenty for tire and rims as promised and two visit to dealership… was also told wrong information. And have had had horitable problems on going and stress... think going to have to just give it to lawyers and 9 on your side if nothing still done.. impossible. I am writing for lorri kindor as she had to take medic wile on the phone with Honda once again. File four in thick and car in garage. As told to sale man who refused to sell first car with Nat Clark with her that he did not feel comfortable seek after hand ck and said he was looking for proper car but when they came back late fri night sold one even more complex and than quite and you warranty SALES person also did not stand by he word from his long sales pitch Friday at closing and phone Call to come in and by at at 50 Dallas discount and than not there than not available and waited with caregicpver and went back on his work. The only reason this car was sold late on a Friday nigh by a salesman who was leaving was because she had had one delivered to car max since you could not find car request NOT HYBIRD earlier model.. so knew he be losing th sale THAT NIGHT FOR a SURE. Covid and a dealership having many problem all contribute and close wile they were there and just were able to get into car that night at closing after THREE HRS.. I am a caregiver and reporting to who need for adult protection and disability as this has cause her much much grief and problem and to no avail trying to work with Honda UNDERSTANDING this is you very large dealership and you manger there has had a hell of a yr keep it running and back on it feet.

Lorr it came in with NAT calake of Bank of America two time and is aware and filling situation since he was happy with your dealership and sold two other crv is the past to his friends and clients.. but never knew anything about hybird still that night at closing and was present for entire sale that night and the day sale man decided not to sell a new crv prior weeks prior after ck was handed to him and know system was not good for her and looking for corect model next. m

I sure he knew he was losing sale that night to car max car that had be found and shipped. Than quit qnd went to another dealership.. s he was told he was taking time off tha gone and in new bussness. That also was untrue.

He also came into your dealership. We beleive as requested and refused call from lorri and Nat Clark after found by investigators.. all records of behavior and misbehavior have been kept

Kursin care give I have also charge 60 s once again to try and get this mater Taken care of once again today wile having lorri sleep

Desired outcome: Warranty and refund of time and money spent due to faulty representation and abuse to to a know person with stated need prior
