I ordered an air fryer from Homeshopping.pk and transfered the required amount immediately for the order to process. However, after a few days of no response, i did some followup, their helpline never picks up the phone [protected]), they always keep you on waiting.
Again then i contacted on the CEO Shayaan Tahir ([protected]) who listens to you but takes no action whatsoever. I contacted support and then after a few more days they said the item I ordered is not of good quality please buy alternate item of different model. I immediately told them that i do not want this alternate model and want a refund.
After a week of my consistent follow up and emails they told me my amount will be refunded in a week. One week passed and my amount did not refunded, then again i wrote emails called ceo shayaan tahir and they said the seller is not returning the amount so it will take another week. Now two weeks have passed, they are ignoring my calls and messages and emails.
The CEO is in dubai on vacations and he doesn't give a damn of any customer is complaining, he is now ignoring my calls too.
Now my only option left is to contact FIA cyber crime cell to recover my lost money.

I have read your message on homeshopping.pk page regarding them commiting fraud and theft. The same is happening to me kindly inform if the issue was resolved or if took reported them to FIA or took any legal action. I am currently having the same problem regarding the order being cancelled and no word on refund.
