We recently purchased 9 sets of "outdoor Christmas led lights" from Lowes at a cost of almost $200.00. We did this to update our lights and save energy. The old ones we had we more than adequate but we figured these would save us money in the long run. We have had them up less than a week and have already had to take down three sets because most of the lights had gone out. It took us two hours of changing bulbs and we had to use all of the extra bulbs that had been supplied juts for those three sets. We now have other sets that are doing the same and I can't find any extra bulbs and I am not sure I want to spend the time if they won't even last thru the holidays. I am 60 years old and have never had such a poor set of lights in my life. I will attempt to take them back where I bought them to see if I can change to another brand.

Bought a Holiday Living tree from Lowes in 2018, all the lights worked for the 1st year. The second year, hundreds of lights were burned out and had to be replaced. Same thing happened every year to current year 2023. This year, I tried to order some more of the replacement bulbs (bulbs and light base) and all the replacements I ordered were somehow, magically shorter and will not fit securely into the sockets on the tree causing a multitude of additional headaches. All I can say is DO NOT PURCHASE HOLIDAY LIVING PRODUCTS FROM LOWES!

There is no customer support from Lowes or Holiday Living, you are on your own. These products are 100% crap!

Holiday Living lights from Lowes are JUNK. I purchased six sets of red and green alternating C9 lights bulbs in late November 0f 2021. I had three sets go out midway thru the first season. Now, this season another set went out - I suspect its the same problem. I spent way too much time finding the bad bulbs ( the wire contact coming out of the bulb corrodes). I used all the spare bulbs included in the package. The warranty states " three year warranty" - what a joke. I tried calling the phone number on the insert of the box, only to find out it was a Mercedes Benz dealer in another state. I eventually found the companys phone number and wasted 30 minutes speaking with a "representative" from another country. I would have needed to jump thru multiple hoopes just to get ONE set replaced. And now, I can't seem to find any replacement bulbs that match these sets. Avoid HOLIDAY LIVING products!

Welp too late to read this but my $300 tree just caught fire holiday living should be sued class action starting with everyone here I could have seriously lost my house or more importantly my family like wtf is this company thinking

Same issue with Holiday Living reindeer I purchased November 6 2021. Used it for one month and half the lights are not working now. I.am unable to locate a number and Lowe's was not helpful. Filed a complaint on BBB Lowe's called back with no useful information. The rep Cynthia did the same thing I did and googled a number which was not Holiday Living. Did not honor a credit or partial credit. Concern would be for all consumers who continue to purchase this line and losing money. Upset that Lowe's continues to sell this line.

Just going through same thing, looking for replacement bulbs holiday reindeer. Lowe's don't have them, customer service "thinks" discontinued as he can't find them! Two years old! Expensive lesson learned.

Like everyone else here, I have a Holiday Living Lighted Snow Blanket purchased from Lowes that was a display unit as it was the last one they had. When we got it home it has 8 settings that is continuously goes through. It must have been put into a "demo" mode by Lowes or someone. I can't figure out how to get it out of that mode so I can use just one of the settings. If anyone has a fix please let me know. There is NO customer support for Holiday Living and Lowes can't help either. Absolutely amazing how these stores get away with selling junk like this and worse yet, how a company like Holiday Living stays in business. Maybe we should put our voices together and contact Lowes corporate office to tell them to drop them as a vendor. Trust me when I say I will be doing just that.

Spent major money for a nice tree. Loved it. However the cord on the foot controller is damaged in several places and it won't turn on. Thought I could just buy a replacement controller, but like everyone else here, can't find anyway to contact the company and Lowe's support is useless . Will never buy another Holiday Living tree. Customer Service is nonexistent.

Some of my branches wont light up. Lowes name on the instruction booklet so it was made for them specifically and they have been WORTHLESS. Warranty out because its been 3 years for a seasonal item. WHAT? A Christmas tree doesnt even last 3 years. Beyond irritated with them.

Well looks like no one has been able to reach Holiday Living, so looks like I am SOL like everyone else! Bummer, all Lowes informed me to do is call the manufacture "CHINA" REALLY!

Always purchase the Lowe’s Protection Plan everything will be covered at 100%. The manufacturer will send you a Lowe’s gift card in the amount of your purchase. I will never purchase a product without the warranty. I even purchase them for a fan. I had one break and I received a gift card fir the total price. I you also get 30% of what the Lowe’s Protection Plan cost if you don’t use it. Better safe then sorry.

Having same problem only second season of outdoor lighted polar bears and within 3 months of owning constant problems with them stopped working/... in only 5 months of use only have 1 of 4 bears working. I have been looking for the manufacturer contact info and there is none! even lowes who buys and sells the products dont have it? what the hell kinda shady [censored] is this? how does lowes get these products without themselves having contact info?

SAME! No info anywhere not even from Lowes so how do they buy these products? Is this some kinda scam compnay? So many continuous problems wiut the procduct and cant get any resolve

[protected] but do yourself a favor and skip calling them. Worst experience every. WASTED literally 8 hours of my day today dealing with this horrible Christmas Tree. Lowes was equally as bad. All they said was sorry -- lol Their name is on the instructions as in China made the tree for Lowes and they wont back it up. They dont even have replacement light bulbs. JOKE

We to are experiencing the same issue with outdoor lights as well as an indoor tree, trying to make the best out of a indoor christmas tree with half the lights working after spending a ridiculous amount of money on this tree, We have also spent hundreds of dollars on outdoor lights only having them go out mid-season. Unfortunately there is no way to contact this company. Very very frustrated and disappointed at the same time.

Had the same problem with Holiday Living LED Icicle lights - in less than a week of purchasing and putting them up - sections were out! I called the warranty information that was on a piece of small square paper inserted into the box they came in. Very nice customer service people in Canada I believe. Said to email the receipt and pic of the sections out and they will send a replacement box of lights. I would never buy this brand again however, too much hassle - had to take down the strands affected and buy more at Lowes and put them up so we'd have no lights out for the holidays!

Kinda nice to know i am not the only one having major and ongoing issues with their products but when i cant find ANY contact info and even Lowes cant give me any? how does Lowes buy from them without contact info? I keep getting the run around and this is been going on for ayear! INSANE~! LOVE my cute lighted bears... IF they lighted...

Who do you contact about these lights-- paid a lot of money for these lights and 1/2 of them did not work. Those that did, stopped working within a few days. Lowes indicated that as soon as you walk out the door- they would not refund or exchange.

Is there anyone who you can contact to address this issue? Warranty?

Reel says 3 yr warranty but full of rain water and not working after 1 year. Website on reel http://lgsourcing.com/ is no good. Lowe's won't do anything about it.

We purchased Bubble lights. After the lights were turned on for 20 hours (4 hours a night for 5 nights) all of the blue lights faded to clear and are now completely colorless. Now the other colors are fading too, but we seem to be losing one color at a time. I would expect these to last MUCH longer than just five days...hell, I have some from the 80's that still work.

I bought this lighted rustic grazing doe last year at Lowe’s, got it all set up & went to use it for the first time this year & half the lights don’t work & it did not come with the stakes to hold it down, my husband made some!😬 I called Lowe’s & they said I had to call you ! I bought the buck and the doe and after one year, half the lights are our on each deer. I changed the fuses and replaced a few bulbs with no luck. Can find replacement bulbs. The trouble is these are beautiful deer and certain worth fixing. I wish Lowes or Holiday Living had a customer service dept that would help!
