Holiday Inn Express & Suites Corpus Christi review: horrible customer service by rep sade

Today Aug 31, 2019 at about 3:10 pm I checked in at the hotel. The rep was a female named Sade. The customer service was horrible. She gave me my room. When I got to my room there was only one bed. My reservation had for 2 beds. When I called her she did not let me talk and advised me the customer was not right. She even said u dont have to stay here you can leave and hanged up on me. I did call corporate office to advise of the issue.
