HIstory Book club review: Won't help to clean up bill. Getting run around 1

Where do I even began. If I only had knew other people were having problem's
. I would have never order
This has been going on the past year. I tried calling to sending e-mails, To get this bill right. They never credit your acct. With books you send back. I sent e-mails asking for a Invoice. All I would get back.? is well or Oh I see the problem. I just got a bill after months saying I owe on a book and if I don't pay it will go to collections.

When I e-mail then for Information, all I get back it owe you this how much you owe. Really duh
