Due to staff being unavailable to open on time this past Monday I had no choice but to reschedule his scheduled appointment due to going in late to work. Zachary is autistic / ADH and doesn’t know how to determine his pain in the left shoulder until it’s hurting really badly, He stated that he was trying to get down from a table he was sitting on but she wouldn’t give him enough time and she put her hands together and on his back pushing him off. He had a bruise on his left eye, shoulder and a busted lip

Claimed loss: Zachary has been unable to ride any rides at Carowinds we purchased seasonal family passes, loss of mobility to his personal needs. I have had to acquire assistance taking him to his appointments. I have lost wages and hours at work.
