I placed an order for wildflower seed on June 29. I received an email saying it had shipped on July 12. I have yet to see the package. I have sent about a dozen emails to them and have never received a response. The email specifically said "If you have any questions please contact [protected]" so that's the address I used. But their web page says to contact them at [protected]

We are a rather small, 22 year-old family owned seed company. We struggle each year to provide the best open-pollinated and organic seeds to folks like ourselves wanting to do the right thing when planting their yard and garden.

We implemented a new email program several months ago to help filter the thousands of junk emails filling our electronic mail boxes. Unfortunately, Bleeker Springs emails were routed to junk mail. Once every month or so I wade back through the junk just to make sure important emails weren't missed.

As soon as this complaint was discovered I personally called and emailed Bleeker Springs to resolve this issue.

We ship thousands of orders each year and try to never, ever to leave a customer unhappy. Customers are always right.

Let's face the truth. We can't compete with the large multinational seed companies on price. We do it with personal service and better seeds.

The week of the Bleeker Springs order, I left for a float trip to get married. It is usually one of our slowest weeks. My 75 year-old father was filling orders. He has a manual method of keeping track of orders. I use a computer. As soon as I figure out what happened, I will call a meeting here to see that it never happen again.

If anyone ever has a problem, please contact me personally. I will solve your problem.
