Hi5 review: Reinstate my account

I had my hi5 account deactivated today when I was talking to 1 of my lady friends and then I got a fake or scammer asking me for money so I told them goodbye and blocked and it was me who got banned and my account deactivated for breaking terms and conditions when I tried to get my account reinstated this is what they said I violets the Terms and conditions what for say to somebody goodbye and blocked so will hi5 be happy for me to pay a scammer
