I returned order #HE-US-[protected]. It was received, via FedEx, on August 4th by Herno. The item was valued in excess of $500. I have not received a refund. I have sent multiple emails to customer service, the response time is, at a minimum, 2 days. The response doesn't provide any updates for processing the return. I spoke with a customer service representative, Patrick, on Friday, August 19th. He said he saw in the system that the request was sent to "corporate" but he had no additional information and can not process a return. I spoke with Anastasia, this morning, August 22nd. Her answer was the same as Patrick's - it's with "corporate".

This is not an insignificant amount of money to not be credited. I have been unable to get any answer as to when the funds will be credited and why "corporate" is involved.

It takes 2+ days to receive an email response. Patrick said their customer service was available up until 10pm CDT, M-F. I tried calling at 6pm CDT on Friday, August 19th, The call either hung up or didn't dial.

Desired outcome: I also would like an apology and confirmation and the amount that the refund has been processed.
