Heritage Tractor, Rogersville MO. review: Sales and customer service

We have been doing business 30 years with the Rogersville location, We bought our 6110 new and have had all our service, parts and lawn mantance equipment there. But not since The takeover of Haritage have we been so disappointed. Most of my interactions with the counter help makes you fill you are bothering them. All the good Tec's have gone and went down the road to S and H farm supply and getting call backs on prices and ordering are none exhisting. I have heard Covet, store expansion, short manpower etc. you fill your being runoff. Please correct the problems I have listed I am not the only customer filling the shirt coming of this store.
