SHE HAS PUT EYEBROWS PRICE $2 BUT TO PRACTICE ON PEOPLE, ALL HER WORKERS ARE IN SAME MISSION OF PRACTICING AND GO ON TO NEXT SALON, NONE OF THEM IS LICENSED AND WORK FOR 5-7 DOLLARS CASH AND WORK LIKE DOG, HUSBAND DIXIT WATCHES THEM ON CAMERS 24/7 AND CRITICIZE THEM, ,
HER COMMENTS ON CUSTOMERS ARE PRETTY RUDE .ONCE SHE TOLD ME "COUNT YOUR EYEBROW HAIR BEFORE COMING HERE ".AND SMELL LIKE GARLIC WHEN THEY ARE DOING THREADING
THEY SHOULD REALIZE THIS IS NOT INDIA, WAKE UP AND SMELL THE CHEESE TREAT WORKERS AND CUSTOMER WITH INTEGRITY.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This place is not good! I got gel nails done here and paid $45 to do them and the end result was horrible! They didn't even last one day. It was for a wedding the next day and the nails didn't even stay, the polish came off and the nails chipped off. This is NOT the first time that i GOT MY NAILS DONE, so I know that she doesn't even have a license to do this. She is very sneaky and she always talk crap about her customers in her language (guju) to her coworkers. She treats her coworkers bad and pays them like $5-6 an hour and doesn't even do a great job. I stopped going here because of the unprofessionalism by her and the overall store. Worst experience, never going back or recommending her to any of my friends.
I had an extremely poor experience here. The Owner is a money grubbing gold digger and very rude. They cut my skin during eyebrows, and she told me one price than another. The Owner is extremely unprofessional and has anger-management issues. She started screaming at me and my friend in front of her customers. Their fingers stink when they do your eyebrows. Please don't try to save a few bucks and go somewhere clean and professional.
I will never be coming back.
My experience was really bad. They messed up my eyebrow and then I also asked to wax my chin and upper lip they didn't do a neat job. I went there a few times and every time I ask for the same thing but I get charged differently every time . Last time they charged me $18! All the people there don't have any proper experience and always messes thing up and make you feel uneasy. They always force to get other things done even when I said I don't want to. I called them to complain that they charged to much and they messed up my eyebrow really bad but they are not willing to listen and just talks on top of you. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
The actual result of my waxing was fine but I was appalled at the service. First, they took me behind a curtain (literally like a hospital divide and said take off your shirt). Most places I've been to have a room. They didn't even have a towel wrap to cover my body and also watched while I changed. The girl doing my waxing kept trying to force me into doing a Brazilian which I wasn't comfortable with at all. Then the owner didn't even say excuse me and just walked right in. Anyone outside would've definitely seen me. She started waxing as well. It was very painful to have two people working on my legs. THEN I should to have even tipped but I felt bad and just told the owner to keep the change and she remarked, " Only two dollar tip?." Absolutely horrible but some may be willing to go for the price.
This place is the worst! Do not go! I know the $1.99 eyebrows sign may be attractive but paying a couple dollars less is not worth the agony that you will experience if you go there. I just went there to do threading and the owner let a young girl who looked as if she was 14 years old do it. I was hesitant but thought that I would give her a try. After feeling my upper lip get very irritated and the thread breaking every 2 seconds I ended up sitting there for about 10 minutes! Upper lip threading usually takes about 10 seconds! After she finally told me to look I discover that both my upper lip and lip was bleeding. I couldn't believe it...they tried to say that it was because of the hair or my skin or some other excuse. I have been doing threading for over 20 years and this never happened. And to top it off they still made me pay the full price! This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I basically had to pay to get scars on my lip. Do not go to this place!
This is wrong information actually I am going there since they have open the salon here.The owner of this store has all the licences and she has put all these on the wall since the day one so you are completely wrong dear.She is the so busy all the times that's says that people likes her and also her staff work.The $2 eyebrows is also good for us.There are so many salons in this area were charging lots of money for that and since Herbal Beauty has open here all has decrease their prices which is good for us not for her.You can go where ever you want to go but don't cheat with the others.My advise to you that don't take it personally and go there one more time they are really nice people and you will like their work.
