We would like to complaint the service provider of the AMERICAN HOME APPLIANCES in valenzuela city, which is the HENRY'S ELECTRONICS and we called the service company last Dec.14, 2012 to complaint the problem of my chest freezer and my microwave.The service provider attend the said complaint and ask for the service check up fee which is PHP 350.00 per unit last Dec.15, 2012, the technicians already give the conclusions that the problem is the OLP relay of my chest freezer, and for the micro-wave they give also the conclusion that the PCB's is defective, but i disagree on that because i found that the fan motor is defective while their trouble shooting the said unit, so the technicians agree on my findings. I also ask the technician if the compressor is possible defective and he said "NO" only the OLP and Relay, but i contest it again if the olp relay is defective the compressor will not start up but he insist that the olp and relay is defective.They quote me for the replacement of OLP and Relay for the chest freezer and Fan Motor for the micro-wave. But the service provider ask for the down payment and they pick up last Dec.18, 2012, and ask to full out the OLP and relay to confirm if the said part is defective.So i ask them to submit the formal written and complete service report for the check up and findings in the said unit.They promised me to give me the result of the test for the OLP by Dec.19, 2012 but until Dec.21, 2012 they never try to contact me to give me an update, so i contact them through phone since Dec.19 to Dec.21, then the excuses of the said company is the person who handle of the account is on leave, so i ask them who will be the other person to be talk to ask the status of my complaint but they insist to me that they will call the secretary to ask regarding on this matter and to tell her to call me in my cellphone. The secretary text me in my cellphone, and she promised me again to call me and give me an update this Dec, 22, 2012. I ask them to expedite it so that this christmas my appliances will work normally.

  • I experienced similar problem with company with my ELECTROLUX Automatic washing machine and Samsung Split Type AC. I just wonder how this company got accreditation to known brands (Samsung, Electrolux, etc.) with their reputation to their customers.

    They have a bunch of unknowledgeable techinicians and back office lady staffs who have nothing in mind but to say lies.

    From now on, everytime I am buying an appliance in SM, Abenson or Ansons, I usually ask first the name of the maintenance company. If they mentioned HENRY ELECTRONICS, then I shift to another brand.

    THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE STRIPED OFF THEIR ACCREDITATION TO KOWN BRANDS AS THEY DESTROY THE GOOD REPUTATION OF THE COMPANY THAT THEY WERE REPRESENTING...
