YOU RANSAKED MY HOME, WITHOUT ANY SEARCH WARRANTS AND YOU BEAT ME UP BRUTALLY AND YOU ABUSED ME AND MY FAMILY MY LIFE AND FOR NO ABSOLUTE REASON! YOU ALL ARE MONSTERS STAY AWAY FROM ME! YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY MY PRIVATE ATTORNEY THAT IS HANDLING THIS CASE. I CONTACTED THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, THE CONSUMER AFAIRS, COMPLAINTS BOARD, MEDICAL BOARD OF VA, THE NATIONAL MEDICAL BOARD OF USA. I am a house wife and the mother of a 14 year old boy. His father was denied home incarceration by Sheriff Wade of Henrico County, Va. My husband was arrested on January 9, 2012 for his 4th DUI. He was issued an alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet just over a year with out incident. He is no danger to anyone in or around our county. He was ordered by Judge Beck of Spotsylvania County Court, Va. on January 23, 2013 to in home incarceration for 12 months. Our son was in court at the time the Judge gives out the order. Since we live in Henrico County, Judge Beck asked Sheriff Wade to transfer my husband to Henrico County to do the monitor. We live too far away for the Spotsylvania's GPS system to monitor him. My husband was placed in Rappahannock Jail on 1-23 waiting for the Henrico County.
Sheriff Wade informed us the order needed to be reword in order for him to except the my husband sentencing to Henrico County. After doing so 3 times, the sheriff denied all of the requests. I even spoke to Sheriff Wade later promised that my husband could be placed in a work release program while serving his sentence in jail, or provided I could show the original court order. I faxed the original court order to his office on March 15, 2013 and spoke to Mrs. Mitchael his office's manager. She got the fax. She told me that the sheriff is out of the office until Tuesday March 19, 2013. On March 15, 2013, my husband called and said the sheriff denied all the requests and further more contacting his office will not be entertained. I always though you proof to the court and the Judge hand out the sentencing, and the official sheriff carry it out. I also found out that, the sheriff has all the power and no one in the local county would question him. In the since I am out of luck and our family will be punish. My husband is no danger to anyone in our county.
My husband began seeing a new psychiatrist, Dr. James Sellman, and taking different medications. He was misdiagnosed with depression many years ago and prescribed anti-depressants that actually worsened his condition. Dr. Sellman recognized that he was actually suffering from bipolar depression type II. Bipolar II is considered to be one of the most under-diagnosed types of depression. After taking a new medication and continuing sessions with Dr. Sellman, and positive change in his behavior.
After his arrest he did everything he could to ensure it would not happen again. He was able to properly cope with his disorder. Bipolar II is a very toxic disorder to live with. My son and I count on my husband to provide and care for us. I have health conditions and receive disability. While my husband is in jail he cannot provide or care for our family, continue counseling with his doctor, or care for our 14 year old son who really needs a father.
Please help my family. It is about the unjust actions of Sheriff Wade and stopping him from abusing his authority for not just my husband, but anyone else who encounters him. How could this elected official do this to us? I felt as though he was playing with our lives and punished the whole family.
What about the alternate sentencing, keeping harmless people out of jail and cost us tax payer more money in jail. If, my husband were working, he would be paying taxes.
