Terrible service, came super late, and couldnt clean properly and we ended up have to clean further. The worst part is that we were not made aware of this min booking commitment thing from the beginning, and we will be charge a penalty price not continuing their service. totally scam. Hire a part time cleaner from this company and the cleaner is not train at all to perform the job.

Saw this review too late, disappointing service.
Use Helperoo for a month and keep changing staff and cleaning standard is not good, same like all comments here, unreliable company.
My experience with them is not positive, send me a very young lady who don’t know much about cleaning and not able to use our tools properly, waste of time and money, trusted them because if the reviews but I believe its all fake now.
