HELLO BEAUTIFUL review: IRRESPONSIBLE COSMETOLOGIST

I took my daughter to this establishment after she heard so many girls at school talking about their hair extensions and colorings done there. We called, stopped by and discussed getting her extensions...we read a poorly and messily written posterboard. We questioned what it said and what it was supposed to say! We were told we HAD to pay 50% of the $600.00 fee, up front. We did. The extensions were ordered at that time. We were told that they cost that much. Big lie. We now know. My daughter chose black with an occasional magenta here and there. Her hair had to be dyed to match the black...an extra charge was added. NOT what we were told. She was told to wait 24 hours to wash her hair. She did. She washed it the 2nd day after they were applied...the black dye faded from her hair onto the magenta pieces of extensions. Causing them to look faded, to a dull, lighter pink. She was scheduled to have her Senior photos done that day and had scheduled her hair to be done for them. We were charged for the hot pink hair dye to fix the problem. I feel as a licensed cosmetologist, the owner SHOULD HAVE known to dye it days ahead a time to prevent the mess from the fading dye. I called there, infuriated, after finding out they charged her for the dye. I was told I could have a $10.00 credit. My daughter scheduled herself to have her hair and make-up done for homecoming...they charged her $10 extra for having snarls and the time to remove them. She was chastized for her care of the extensions. We purchased correct hair care products there(overpriced, too!)
and utensils and she even held the hair extensions correctly when she took care of them, as instructed! So, we NEVER got our credit...the owner certainly did NOT deserved the $100.00+ tip I gave her the first day. She never kept her word to us. She gossipped to my daughter regarding others in the shop. She and her staffmembers' breasts were highly exposed. I will never ever go back to her...I would tell people to get EVERYTHING IN WRITING FROM HER INITIALLY...AND STICK IT TO HER IF SHE BREAKS HER WORD...JUST like she did to us. She never even gave my daughter all the extensions she had left...she didn't use hardly any of them. Live and learn...learn and burn.

We feel they need a Tabitha makeover...but they don't deserve it.
