Helbing Law Group review: Debt management service

I entered into a contract with Helbing Law Group and towards the end they failed to help me settle one of my debts but paid themselves anyway. I had paid off my account in full and that was a mistake. They took their money and never intervened on my behalf. I ended up having to cancel and asked for a refund and hired another attorney to help me. The creditor was awarded a judgement against me, and it said in the judgement "no one answered on my behalf." They claim to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and I have asked to speak to a supervisor many times. No one has ever called me back.

The judgement was filled against me on November 14, 2022, I asked for a refund of my money on November 18, 2022 because I have called them everyday since the judgement was filed and no one has called me back.
