Using a internet search for "Motorola Droid X accessories", I was directed to the Hedocell. com website. Through the website, I made immediate payment (which included shipping charges) on 7/27 for the below listed item:

I received the item on 8/6. Upon opening and attempting to use the case, it was immediately evident that the case was NOT designed for the Droid X. The phone is over 5" long, while the case is just over 4 1/2" long when closed. It would not even come close to closing as it was designed to do with the phone in it!
I made multiple calls to the company, always directed to voice mail. I left multiple messages. To this day, I have not had a customer service representative talk to me.
I have sent multiple emails which include photographs of their case with my phone in, not fitting properly. Their one sentence reply asked if I had placed "a skin over my phone".
Their subsequent 2 sentence email reply (days later) was that they would be happy to replace the "defective" case with another. I replied the case was not defective, just not designed for my model phone. I requested that they reply with type of case and dimensions of case they would replace with but, they did not reply. At my own expense, I returned the case to Hedocell.com.
This company has no regard for their customers. Their return policy (particularly since they sold a fraudulent item) and customer service is abhorrent!
This company is a pure fraud. Their website provides you a number to call and leave a message which they never return. Same with their e mail return items address. Just tells you to leave a e mail and they will respond. They never do. I ordered a charging pad for a motorola 2000 5G phone. Only ordered one but got 2. They won't work but you cannot communicate with any representative about the problem. I think I got someone else"s order. But I cannot do anything about it because no one will communicate with me. a big fraud! I am sure they do not intend to refund my money. Will have to see if my bank can get the charge reversed or just lose y money. This should be difficult for them to do but apparantly it is easy with no repurcussions.
ordered a charging cable for a sumsung S20 FE 5 G and what I received is nowhere close.What a rip off.Dont waste your money.
Overseas scam company. BBB should do criminal complaint!
This is a bogus ripoff company. they have no legit web address where you can reach them after you make a purchase.the only address thats legit is the one for customers to make a purchase then after they take your money, you are dead.
Hedocell does not refund money for a product that was returned. They say they will but don't. No legit phone number to call. Rip off
