Hearst Connecticut Media Group I subscribed to the CT POST, a news service operated by Hearst Connecticut Media Group

I subscribed to the CT POST, a news service operated by Hearst Connecticut Media Group. On January 23, 2023, I sent an email to [protected]@ctpost.com requesting a cancellation of my subscription. I sent an email because the company's website said: "If you have subscription questions, we can help: or [protected]@ctpost.com" Subscription charges ($15.96 monthly) continued to appear on my credit card in February and March. I did not receive a reply to my email. I called the company on April 3 to insist they cancel my subscription and issue a refund for the February and March charges (I spoke with Natalie, Agent #***). The company refused to issue a refund for February and said they would issue a partial refund for March. They said I should have called in January. I pointed out that their website said to email OR call, and they did not reply to my email. The agent said she still would not issue a refund for the full February and March charges.
