Healthy Vision Institute review: HAve Never Legally Paid Any Employees Overtime

I worked for this place in 2009 and when I was there is was understood that everyone was to put at least 5-10 extra hours per week of un-paid overtime, to demonstrate that we were team players and were dedicated. Working in the clinic four days a week at three location with no mileage reimbursement, 10-12 hours a day was like a circus, Dr. Powers would see 70-80 patients a day and many of us were so tired by the 12th hour of the day we couldn't even walk. The Doctor's brother was a real jerk he would yell and cuss at staff all day for no reason. The Department of Labor called me after three months investigating if I had been paid any overtime I said no because it was the truth, well after they paid me what they owed me they told me I need to put in more hours (for free) to make up for what they felt 'they lost' from the 100 plus hours of overtime I had laready put in. What is even worse they started writing up every employee who they had to pay and took their holiday and benefits away. The follwoing week I never came back, this is by far the worst job I ever had and people should be warned and stay away.
