HealthEquity review: Non-functional website

I tried to register on their website (mybenefits. wageworks.com) for several times at no avail. After entering all the required information, the site would not sign me up. Nothing worked, not even calling their customer service.

This is an amateurish website of a lousy company. How can they even be allowed to manage health plans offered by employers?!
