Happy Camper Rentals needs to be investigated. We are among the many that got caught off guard in a vulnerable position after all vacation plans have been made.
They are preying on hard working people ready for a vacation. Everything looks legitimate on the website( no complaints show up in a search for RV rentals... only found after our experience when I googled complaints... this is unfortunate ) They seem professional and attentive with their emails sending you contracts to sign and calling you to make sure you will be bringing $1000.00 in cash or a money order.
In Happy Camper contract they stated that we will get our deposit refund back. However, when we call Happy Camper, they are avoid answer our phone call. We left a numerous message, email and text to Michelle which is the owner of Happy Camper. She did not respond our request. We are looking for a Class Action Lawsuit against Happy Camper Company because they breach the contract. If anyone have the same problem contact me.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Contact the Riverside County District Attorney Special Prosecution Section at [protected]. We filed a complaint. If enough complaints are received by the district attorney, maybe they will pursue and enable us to get our money back. - Mike [protected]
My wife and and I rented a camper at a cost of $440 from Vacation Station in Riverside, CA (aka Happy Camper) in August 2011. We gave them $500 cash security deposit which they kept and of course don't return phone calls (we returned the unit cleaner than we received it). I would like to sue her also. She kept my deposit and will not return any phone calls. How long do we have before the statute of limitations? I understand it is 2 years. Is this the same girl that everyone is complaining about?
