Hannabery HVAC of Allentown PA review: Trane ac system

I replaced my Trane AC two years ago from Hannabery HVAC of Allentown PA, my AC would not work and a tech came out and replaced a $20 switch and charged me $245.00, I asked him about not running the air exchange during the winter months and expressed my concern in the past that I would get water in the ducts he told me if I close all the vents and seal the main return vent I would not have any problems, so I did this. I contacted another Trane dealer to put in a Trane CleanEffects and a Air Scrubber due to my lung cancer and having breathing issues and the other business came out and I told him about what the Hannabery tech told me and he said I should never do what the Hannabery Tech told me, he grabbed one of the vents and lifted it up and water came pour out into our laundry room. I called Hannabery and told them what happen and he said they would come out and replace the vents at my cost, I was upset because there tech told me to do this. Hannabery seems to be a rip off business.
