As a manager of a high end salon it should go without saying that we are expected to provide a certain quality product/service. When we purchase hair from a "professional supplier" you think you're going to get a "professional quality" product. This is not the case with this company. We applied tape in extensions to a client today and within hours the tape was coming apart and the extensions we're literally falling out. This has never happened with any other brand of tape in extensions our salon has used. So I contacted the company immediately and included videos and pictures of the poor quality product and they just informed me they unfortunately had a "no refund" policy. I totally understand having policies in place, believe me we have them in this salon. But you know what trumps policies? Customer satisfaction and standing behind the product/service you provide. When confronted with the proof this company did not budge. They only offered to send me replacement hair, which I agree is at least a step. But why would I want more of the same low quality hair? I want to feel 100% confident in what I'm offering our clients and honestly I don't feel comfortable with this product.
This company is admittedly unsure of the quality of the product they send to salons now since they recently switched manufacturers and mentioned that could be why we're having a "problem." But what really baffles me is how is that is our problem now? We didn't choose to switch manufacturers, that was your company's choice. We purchase professional hair from a "professional" company assuming we will get a quality product. Please do your research before using this company - and don't be fooled by the review rating on the website. If you really look into the company you will realize they make it impossible for you to leave an honest review (that isn't 5 stars) anywhere but their website. They have them turned off on Facebook, they don't have a Yelp, they don't have any google reviews. And I can tell you for a fact it's because they cant control or delete bad reviews from those places. They only allow them on the website because they can hide the bad ones.
Do yourself a favor and find a better company with better products or you will just be wasting your money!
