H-Entertainment, Inc. review: Investments Scam 1

That I and many other investors have become victims of.This involves a restaurant that was originally headquartered in California.It was known of as Holoworld Café and I got in at Pre-IPO, before it went public.After much deliberation, the company finally opened a location in Denver, Colorado. This is the one that my investment was supposed to be going into, etc.This location was only open for 1=one year or less+/-, before being closed due to the company claiming that profits were not being made, etc. I made several attempts to try and contact this company and find out exactly what was going on, but they had already disappeared and their phones were shut off, etc.I also contacted the SEC on several different times and even filed a complaint with them .They told me that the company had filed all of the necessary forms that they were supposed to and so there was nothing that they can do against this company. Now, more recently, the SEC has pulled their registry and suspended them for not filing on time.None of this was made known until now.This company was/is being traded on the OTC:BB as HENI .OB and has been worthless ever since its inception, etc. My complaint lies not only with this company and its officers, etc., but with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission=SEC for not taking action on behalf of investors and preventing this company from working their wanton fraud on unsuspecting and innocent people. I am trying to locate other investors in this as a means to share information and possibly further class action legal proceedings, etc
