Paid on paypal for a service that was promised to be delivered within 30 minutes, this was one week ago, they keep telling me in a pop up chat 4 hours, 4 hours, oh, tomorrow, and it's all a big joke to them. I saved up that money, and I feel embarassed and like a fool for ever using this website, please shut them down!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i ordered some swtor credits on the 14th of june i asked if there was stock they said yes they has 8000k in stock so i ordered 1500k they told me on site 5 minute delivery and oner phone they told me log in their guy would give me credits face to face i havent recieved anything but bull ### from these people and i have been trying to get my money back but they ignore me and hang up on me i have an open dispute with paypal but still no word from them either:(
Last day 8/8/12 make payment to 50k of gold today day 15/9/12 no have my gold and dont have my money i open dispute

Great, found this too late. I immediately opened paypal dispute. Delivery still not received. Guys, stay away from these guys, I have bought from other sites and not had a problem. Below is how the conversation went;

I ordered at guy-game.com. I didnt get any of the gold at first. 3 weeks later still nothing. They weren't replying to my messages on livehelp, skype and email anymore. I made a claim at paypal. 2 days ago I decided to give livehelp one more try. "Season" said to login and to wait in ratchet. In 5 mins I got 139k out of the 200k I ordered. I dunno if I will get the last 61k, but I removed the claim after I got 139k. I was so happy I got the biggest part. Anyway, this company really sucks. I really had to hunt down my gold.
Still trying to get the rest of my gold, but it seems they are ignoring me again haha. All they say on livechat is "checking".
