Paid on paypal for a service that was promised to be delivered within 30 minutes, this was one week ago, they keep telling me in a pop up chat 4 hours, 4 hours, oh, tomorrow, and it's all a big joke to them. I saved up that money, and I feel embarassed and like a fool for ever using this website, please shut them down!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Ordered a product from there, They gave me a 30 minute delivery time, waited 30 minutes, got nothing... went back onto there live chat, they told me there had been a problem, so i asked for a refund, they have been telling me for 2 days that i cant have a refund because there manager isnt around, Even though i have been coming back at the times they told me he would be in the office, i wouldnt use this site again, not in a million years, they take your money and will not deliver goods on time, Ever... i still havent received my refund, or my purchase and im still getting the same old stupid excuses.

The same thing for me, im going to file formally with paypal since i have a strong case. The said 30 minutes, then 6 hours, then our account got banned then oh they traded the gold already... too oh our mistake.. and now they are going to talk with a supervisor? yyyyyyyeah.. right like there is a supervisor..

Pretty much the exact thing here. Spoke to livechat before making the order. They ensured me that I'd get it within 30min and that they had 50k in stock.
After I had placed my order I were told that their courier had been banned. The next morning they told me that I'd recieve it in 6 hours.
Once that time had passed there had been another bannishment, that's when I told them I want a refund, which they ensured me would be completed the same day. The next day, still no refund, so started a dispute at Paypal.
Will repost once it's solved, perhaps with some convo-ss'.
PS. What about the "verified" pic's on their site, the non-clickable ones? And does the "100% satisfactory guarantee" have any meaning, or just some BS you can add to anything?

Never buy GOLD on guy-game.com! They are scammers you will never get delivery !
Visa gave my money back and Guy-Games didnt receive it, I won a dispute against them in PayPal. Dont buy from them.
You will find a lot of complaints against them if you search for it.
Their certificate are fake, Guy-Games.com is a SCAM web-site from China.

I have been scammed by this site as well. Paid for 3k, followed instructions to the letter, received 1k. The prices seem to be lower than at any other site, but obviously there is a reason for that. I will be filing a Paypal dispute.
Same here scammed me, ordered lvl 10-15... took 3 weeks! then acc got banned on lvl 10! still no progress, so i ask for refund, and they say tommorow the manager will be back, and so on for 2 weeks now!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!

i must negate your guys' views in my place, i dont agree with your guys, i am an old customer of gamevsplayer, all the people there are very good, but sometimes blizzard is too rigorous to the gold sellers, they just need time to get our gold, i really love them, they have the cheapest price of world, and lovely people, guys, please dont treat them as scamers, they are not, i bought gold from them for almost 2 years, so please trust me, this site is really a good one
why not try www.gamevsplayer.com, they farm gold by themself and cheapest, they can give gold fast, i love them
Can wholeheartly agree, guy-game and gamevsplayer are scammers. Do NOT trust, got scammed for 100 € with weeks of promises that ill get my gold "soon".

i am also a buyer in guy-game.maybe something wrong, this kind of things always happen on gold sellers, just be more patient, and give them some time, they will solve it and give you what you paid.this site is not bad in my eyes.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. They will ask you to put stuff up on the AH for them to buy, then they will just keep making up excuses to why they havnt delivered. Its been 2 weeks since I payed them money and nothing has been delivered from their part. I suggest everyone who have been scamed to report them to PayPal, Western Union and even to Google.com. Why? Cause if enough of you complain their services will be frozen. I have already had Western Union remove http://www.guy-game.com/ from their services.
Another scam site is webgamegamme.com an online game subscription service. They charged my credit card without my permission. I called them and i got a snotty nose and rude asian canadian and she hung up on me. I called and asked to speak to the supervior she had left. I would advise any one thinking about using www.webgamegame.com dont do it you will just get scamed. webgamegame is a big scam.
I also got scammed buy guy game, i have now opened a dispute with paypal and i hope that i will recieve a refund.

They are very friendly in Live chat, And on Skype. And i even talked them to give me a Face-To-Face trade even thought one of my orders were under 10.000 Gold which is the limit to get a Face-To-Face trade.
I would strongly suggest www.Guy-game.com For anyone. I mean sure they dont have any Coupon codes or Bonus Golds for frequently coming customers (Which i would like) But they have the CHEAPEST price out there.

Livechat/Skype: 4/5 - Write understandable english are very friendly, Could be abit more helpful on saying if you have Gold in stock or not, Instead of wanting all to make orders and then farm the gold or come up with the fact that "We dont have stock we farm it now"
Time To Delivery: 3/5 - Stop lying about it will be done in 30 min, Not many sites will be able to deliver gold in 30 min, And i understand that so stop say it will be delivered that fast its make people disappointed. I allways got my gold (5 Diffrent purschases delivered between 24-48 Hours delivery. I dont mind waiting that long for the gold to be delivered as i understand that they have to buy the gold from another player and find this player.
Overall i strongly like Guy-Game. So dont bring me the ###, About they are scammers. They are a smaller company with maybe a harsh time from blizzard and not such big crew as many other sites, Im atleast happy with my time with Guy-Game.

Dont buy anything from guy-games.com. I have now been waiting for over 1½ month, with daily contact via chat, and only getting the same song. "Pls come back tomorrow" or " our suppliers are just gattering your order, pls come back tomorrow". They are scammers!

I bought 6k gold from guy-game.com on October21.
As on their website, they say 5-15min delivery.
Today is October25.
When I contact with them via their LiveChat they are not responding to me. When they respond to me after 1hour and almost 100messages, the livechat assistants cant even talk proper english.
They tell me my product is in process everyday, everytime I contact with them.
When I asked my money back they didnt even respond to that.
Worst company ever! Dont buy something from there.
talk to paypal, they give info that if site have scam several people you can make mass complaint of scam and they but site on investication.

Yes, it's a scam. They will NOT diliver! Liers, they say they will diliver in 4 hours, or that its farmingtime now so they cant diliver yet. And so on. The lies just keep coming. Ended up buying from itemgarden instead. Which dilivere in less than 20min.

I would recomend reporting them to paypal, hotmail everyone, stay away

Got scammed by guygame altso and the scammed me for about 90 euro i realy dont care too mutch about the money but i didnt recive any items they been telling me for weeks u will get it later u will recive the gold as soon as possible weeks went by and i have now selt a complaint too paypal i hope they will ban em i would gladly pay those 90 ish euros just to watch em shut down the site they are big scammers.
