The sofa has broken springs, and a broken drawer in the middle. The claim was initiated on 8/3/2023. It took them until 8/30/2023 to send out 2 people to look at the broken sofa. Finally on October 10th I received an email with 3 different options. Option #1, They would pay me $161.00 and keep the broken sofa, Option #2, a full replacement of the sofa, with no warranty, and Option #3 a Buyback, which reading it over is nothing more that a replacement option. So I email them, they say it could take another 30 days for them to respond.
So here I am again October 25th, On the phone trying to get in touch with one of the two people that work for this scab company.
Don't do business with this company, Run away!
