GTL ConnectNetwork review: Online gtl account

I have bieng using GTL for 6 years and l have contacted GTL dozens of times about canceling my account after bieng scammed,

threatened and verbally abused by inmates. Every attempt to contact GTL regarding account cancellation they have ignored. This puts people's safety at risk. Inmate was calling me so l had to change my phone number twice as he was verbally abusive and threatening physical violence it set of my ptsd and the phone calls left me very upset l have contacted gtl as l would like to cancel my account about 12 times all complaints seem to have bieng ignored as l recieved no response from GTL. I also had the inmates asking for money on a lot of the phone calls.
