I have attended an interview for Sr. Web Designer position at GSS America, in Cyber Gateways on [protected]. I went through all the rounds on the same day. After that they called me for HR round on 3-5-2010, and they verified all my documents and certificates and they told we will call you again. Then I came back and loss my hopes on that employment.
Suddenly around after 1 month, I got a call from GSS America Infotech for offer finalization. I went and discussed about the package and I asked 5Lac/Ann, finally they agreed with 4.8Lac/Ann. They took my acceptance signature with my joining date on 7-6-2010. They didn’t give me hard copy of offer letter and they told they will send soft copy in mail. Then I came to present office and I mailed my resignation to my HR. My HR released me in 15 days of that notice period. But still I haven’t got the offer letter from GSS America HR dept.
All IT guys, see how am I foolish by “GSS America Infotech” HR people (HR person name is Mr. Jairaaj). They made me as jobless person. So be careful when you going interviews in this company.
Finally, they called me today [protected]) and ask me to come tomorrow to their office for discussions and offer letter. I am not interested to visit that company again.
Gss is so called nativity and reference company, only tenali and other recommended people get sure hike and promotion because the head belongs to tenali. Here gender discrimintation is done, these narrow people think that female employee should be given less hike when compared to male. Now GSS had became hub for ex satyam employees who are good for nothing.
Yes, this Jairaaj (like Kojja) he is only the person waste fellow in the GSS, but till now why Ramesh and SK not awareness on this waste fellow. Due to this waste fellow thee GSS America has seems as fruad, But not like that this GSS America. except this kojja remaing everything is very gud boss (Subbu). This is very beautiful work environment and very high co-operative team and nice learning curve in our life. except this kojja remaining everything is very friendly and motivating team in GSS. i am one of the ex-employee in GSS America, i know very well about this. i think this kojja doing this type of fruad. i think what happend first he apointed you, later some one has came and gave some money to this Kojja, may be he has appointed and your profile has gone to under. i think at that time nobody knows(i.e. management or HR) about your offer porcess in GSS. This fellow in TALENT ACQUISITION team, not in HR Team. if HR know that i think i will not heppen to you. this type of mistakes happens to lot of persons (In and Out of GSS) not only you. but all this done by only this Kojja none of other in GSS. ok subbu all the best and have a nice carrier. take care.
Good that I came to know the above information well in advance. Huh... man... how can anyone play with a preson's job. Now I'm getting afraid on thinking about GSS. When I try to Google on the internet I came all the hint searchs are about fraud and blacklisted details. Is this organization is for real!?
I've got a call, have to see how my fate will be...
