I purchased a voucher and had no problem using it on the merchant's website. However, the merchant collected another $5.95 for shipping (which was part of the deal) but hasn't sent me the merchandise. Worse, they sent me a bogus tracking number. I've tried to contact both the merchant and Groupalicious and I've gotten no response to voicemail and email messages. Groupalicious does not have a telephone number.

I have sent you four emails requesting that you do not fulfill this order. How many does it take to get your attention?

If these orders arrive at our house, I will put your emails on my spam list. You don't seem to listen to your members and that is very discouraging. Number one problem is when you order, there is nothing that pops up saying thank you for your order...it just re-shows the order form which causes one to assume that the order didn't take...so you re-order. Now we've got two orders coming and we don't want either one.

Poor communications on your part. I will spread the word on what happened to us. Rest assured, it will not happen again because you'll never see us again.

I had a vendor never send me my stuff. Groupalicious took 3 months to refund my purchase. Now I have three certificates the vendor will not honor as written. It has been a week. Groupalicious is ignoring my e-mails, and the vendor told me to get my money back. I have filed a BBB complaint. They have a bad rating with them!

Both My Wife and I Have E-Mailed Them. They Will Not Return The Money For Three Certificates Bought From Them (The Vendor Told Us To Get Our Money Back Due To Their New Rules W/ Using Certificates That Made Us Unhappy). Groupalicious Will Not Respond -- They Are Waiting For The Certificates To Expire. We Filed Complaints With Consumer Affairs and BBB (They Have an 'F' Rating With BBB). What Can You Do -- Out $75. Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM --- BAD PEOPLE!

I ordered 2 tablets 3 months ago from MeSoE.com with 2 vouchers I bought at Groupalicious.com. I am still waiting to get the 2 tablets delivered. I have sent emails to request updated information about the products or getting my money back. The customer service stinks. They took my money within moments. Now, they could care less about what happens.I paid $65.00to MeSoE for each tablet and another $ 12.00 for shipping to Groupalicious. What the heck is going on? If any other company did business like this..it wouldn't last long. Are they taking advantage of the fact everything is imported from overseas? At least let everyone know how long to expect shipping to take. Or, put in a clause that states "SUCKS TO BE YOU" "GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR STUFF AND WE COULD CARE LESS". at least that would be truth in advertising.

First experience with a Groupalicious purchase on 7/26/12 - paid $55 up front, redeemed voucher, merchandise never shipped. No phone numbers for the merchant (http://www.gadgetroom.co.uk) or for Groupalicious, and no response to several email messages. Groupalicious doesn't intermediate to protect customers from fraud. Buyer beware!

I'm in the same boat. I ordered the Mesoe voucher through Groupalicious on 02/19/2013 and fulfilled the voucher on the Mesoe website. Come May I had still not received my order and contacted Mesoe. I was informed by Jay Youngblood, Quality Assurance Manager, that Groupalicious never paid Mesoe. On May 31st, Jay explained that they had not received a response from Tippr, the new owners of Groupalicious. They were going to send a certified request from an attorney and if that failed, the next step would be a formal suit. I finally tried to get an update back on October 1st. The email was not deliverable. When I attempted to call Jay through the phone number listed in his email, the automated system says his extension doesn't work and even the operator is not available. I think we all got screwed.

I ordered from Groupalicious... it was a 5-piece iPhone charging unit from Widget Love. It took so long to ship I e-mailed the company... the guy eventually got back to me and apologized. He said if it didn't come within x number of days to e-mail them back and they would refund it. Well it arrived. All the way from China. It didn't work for my iPhone. Piece of crap. I will never order from Groupalicious again. My sister ordered an owl lunchbox and it was broken upon arrival. They're cheaply made things that take forever to ship. Stick to Groupon and Living Social!

I think Groupalicious is a scam! I purchased some usb cables from widget love and have all the same problems. Groupalicious should check out the vendors before posting their offers. I can not get a response from any one and now my credit card info is out there with who knows. This is a SCAM do not purchase from groupalicious!

I had the EXACT same thing happen to me! I bought the FURminatorand paid the site 9.95 shipping. It has been over a month and I never recieved the item nor will anyone contact me back. The site I bought the item from just says "website not found" when you click on contact. It looks like it is powered by the same Tippr company. Believe this all a scam!
