Green Eco SolutionsPoor Customer Relations

This company charged the full amount of a project that included attic blanket and insulation of almost $5000 before the end of the third business day and refused to refund the amount of the purchase. They do not return phone calls and are very difficult to deal with. Two months later they still have our money and have made no effort to contact us in any way. We have called, faxed letters and still get no response from them.
Avoid them at all cost.

Unfortunately this company went out of business. There are other Green ECO Solutions but they are like McDonalds. They are each independently owned and operated. I am sorry for your issues. The owner is Mike Mason. HE lives in NC and has run off to start yet another business.

It took us some time to find out the truth but Green Eco Solutions of NC is not part of the PA location. All locations are independently owened and operated. We do apologize for attacking PA office of Green Eco Solutions/Gutter Magician but we were at wits end. Mike Mason and his path of distruction in FL and NC were just horrible. I know the AG is looking for him and cannot find him. Beware!
