Great Expectations -- Schaumburg review: Fraud 3

A complete sham for women. Unbelievably low number of eligible, educated, professional single men. I was shown a number of profiles during the sales pitch, ended up paying over $4700 for a service that didn't exist. The online database is full of men that look like they have scrounged up their last dime to become a member, most are not even college educated, and the profiles I was shown during the sales process were "Inactive" members (meaning they cannot be chosen to meet). Shame on me for believing that a "service" was actually a service and that the people running the organizaion did more than take pictures & run the website (which you pay ongoing maintence fees for, not included in that original price, as well). After you come in once, it's up to you to find your soul mate. Great Expectaions, Horrible Letdown. Do your homework up front like I didn't and skip this choice; Match.com and eHarmony.com have produced better quality responses/matches than Great Expectations has. DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE I WAS! There is no recourse after the three-day right of recision...no wonder you have no access to prospective "matches" until after you have photos done a week later.
