Gravina Windows and Siding review: overcharged

Gravina gave me a bid for my siding and gutters then told me instead of reglazing the windows, that if I paid $500 more, he would install 3 new windows. His estimate was $4770, the insurance only paid $2190 for gutters and siding that was damaged in a hail storm and this included reglazing the windows. So I paid Gravinas the $2, 190 that the insurance gave me plus the $500 that we agreed on. Gravina was told about the difference with the insurance company, and that I got an estimate to replace the windows for $1250 which was half of what they charged me. Gravina's is now threatening me over the phone, saying he is turning it over to his attorney to place a lien on my house, and now the other day he said he was going to file in small claims court against me. Rob Gravina has denied ever talking to me and saying that he said he would replace the windows for $4, 770 and only $500 more for new windows. I told him I am not going to pay more than the insurance paid. But he keeps threatening me weekly. Do not deal with this company, they are over charging people, their quality is not good, and their PR stinks.
