This company is a ripoff charging high fees in USA and paying pennies top Indian tutors, substandard free material provided by misleading parents. Charges for hours to students but pays tutors on month, pressurizing to take more classes without extra payment salary.Deductions for weekends, abusive management, salary witholding.Only toll free nos and wrong address of work location on website.
I have bee a tutor and suffered here.The company is offshoring work from USA to India without any labour laws abidance .
The review above is not a true representation of the organization. I have been working with Grades Unlimited for 5 years now and the quality of services is very good. The management respects employees, but has a "no-nonsense" approach which takes a little bit of getting used to. I guess it's not a bad thing because the service is designed for kids and there is no room for mistakes when you deal with children. It's obvious that the review has been posted by a tutor that probably got fired.
