Got my outfit from Gownsme and gotta say, the sizing was all kinds of wonky. I mean, I had to argue with them for weeks just to get them to accept the return. Finally, they agreed to take it back, but guess what? They didn't bother refunding my hard-earned money! Talk about a major letdown.

The gown I received from Gownsme was a major disappointment. It looked nothing like the picture, except for the color. I provided my measurements, but the dress was still way too big. To make matters worse, they shipped it to me in a flimsy plastic envelope that measured only 8x8 inches. As a result, the dress arrived in such a wrinkled state that I would have to pay extra to have it professionally steamed if I wanted to wear it.

I've reached out to their customer service team multiple times, expressing my dissatisfaction with the poor quality of the dress. However, it seems like they are intentionally dragging their feet and trying to delay my complaints beyond the 30-day return window. After much back-and-forth, they finally offered me a measly 20% refund. At this point, I reluctantly agreed because I'm exhausted from dealing with them, but since then, I haven't heard a peep from them.

Honestly, the dress feels like nothing more than cheap China crap. I've come across much prettier nightgowns than this. My advice to anyone considering purchasing from Gownsme is simple: don't do it. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration.
