I ordered Google streams last April 14, 2009 and canceled it the next day. I received nothing in the mail from Google and considered it a done deal. Today I received a Collection Notice in the mail stating I owe $119.95 because " I didn't call to cancel within the 14 day trial period." I don't have any record of a confirmation # as it was a year ago and being that I called the very next day and the fact that I didn't receive anything in the mail, I considered it to be over.
The collection agency is offering a 24 hour chance to settle for $60.00 otherwise it will be flipped to another agency for further harrasement/fees and a threat to my credit report.
I asked for a phone number to contact Google regarding this and they said they didn't have one, that I should go to www.googlerevenuestreams.com or www.googlestreams.com . Googlerevenuestreams goes to a website with no contact information and the only thing googlestreams directs you to is a "Complaint Board" to register a complaint.
What's going on?
I do not owe any money as I did follow the "terms and conditions". If I held onto my confirmation #, then Google streams should have that on file as well. Apparently, they did NOT make a notation of my phone call/cancellation otherwise I wouldn't have gotten this Collection Notice in the mail . HOWEVER, they obviously DID receive my phone call because I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY PRODUCT IN THE MAIL. It has all the signs of a SCAM to me and prefer not to have to call my lawyer regarding this.
The Collection Agency is Apex Solutions, LLC 7251 W. Lake Mead Blvd., Suite 300 Las Vegas, NV 89128. I spoke to a Gerard.
Gerard also said Googlestreams tried to contact me numerous times via e-mail. THIS IS A LIE. I received nothing over the course of a year regarding this.

Same issue here. Home Biz aka Google Secrets. I beleive this was even on the news as a scam. I ordered this 9 months ago and was charged something other on my credit card than I thought I was being charged. When I called to cancel I was given a cancellation number and was told I would be credited for the amount charged to me. The credit never came. Then I saw the news. Then I called Google Secrets Again only for them to tell me that the cancellation number I was issued was not valid, no record of that. I said go figure, the whole thing is a scam anyway and was promptly hung up on.
Now, today, 9 months later I get a letter from a collection agencey called Apex Solutions collecting for the full amount on their behalf. What a joke. Now a collection agency who is representing a fraudulent company to begin with. I don't have the cancellation number any longer. I thought this was done and over with.
Now this!

Same issue here, the original company I had a problem with is home business secrets aka google secrets. They sent me a letter claiming to be home business secrets (which seems kind of like fraud and misrepresentation on this company) and when I called them I was hung up on multiple times for no reason. The original company supposedly cancelled my account and refunded my money 6 months ago but now I got this letter. Every time I try to call the original company the office is never open no matter what time I call and apex will not do anything without a cancellation number. I am so sick and tired of these fraud companies doing this and they cause too much unneeded stess on people.
