Goodwillfinds review: Shipping and handling cost

I tried to order jewelry on many occasions to find they wanted from $50 to $85 for shipping of a few items of jewelry. I sent a message asking them about it and they say they are aware of a shipping cost glitch and IT knows about it but they can neither refund nor alter the price. It is crazy unreasonable. But it changes from item to item so the better the deal it looks like the more outrageous the shipping cost which seems unethical.
