This company works fraudulently through company policies. Practices unlawful paying of employees. Pays subsistence pay under the table so that the company can avoid taxes on overtime. Company policies written one way but Owner Dave Golder does not abide by his own policies to avoid employees collecting unemployment. Knowingly hires illegals and then lays them off when the IRS catches on to them. Then rehires them under new names. Dave Golder has purchased drugs from several employees and then fired them for them for a minute trace of marijuana and there is no drug policy at his company at all. Most employees use various drugs and he is o.k with it. I feel I was discriminated against as I began to learn to much about the way he runs his company fraudulently behind the scenes. So watch out if you choose to have Golder Acoustics work for you!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I worked for Dave for several years I can say this about him, he pays his bills checks are always on time. The company has its cliques with certan people thats a little anoying but what firm doesn't right.? I found if you was straight dealing with dave he was with you. I think the guy who made the complaint is just pissed about his situatuion so he is bashing dave for his own venting and bull s$!#... Golder pays his men thats a big plus in my book
If you are considering joining my3cents, or a fairly new members, here are some members you might want to avoid. They're quite a toxic bunch or clique...
Slimjim -- Uses his moderator status to bully new members in debates. Not particulary friendly. Very opinionated.
Debtorbasher -- Lets her minions do all of her dirty work. Abuses her moderator position.
Venice09 -- Simular to DB in the ability to gather followers to support her attacks. She's very nasty to those who don't support her beliefs. Highly venomous reptile.
Oldtimer aka superbowl --- Only nice to those in the golden circle of trust. He is quick to bash those that the clique frowns upon. Also, he a is two faced rat that tries to get members he dislikes kicked off the site. STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONE! HIS NICKNAME IS SUPERTROLL!:! and he's definitely earned it.!
Littleshorty aka little yaya... Very rude to the OP, and new members. She's an instigator and trouble maker. Also makes up alot of dramatic stories about her personal life to get attention.. Avoid this one if you can.
This is a disgruntled employee that lost his job because of his drug use. The statements he has made against me and my company are false.
Sounds like you are a disgruntled employee who did not get there unenmployment. Why dont you go get a job and be honest and responsible about your actions. I find it odd that you would you would know so much about ones company. And in your post you openly admit you were using drugs, I don't know to many companies that would be ok with people using drugs especially on the job.
Maybe you should just stop using! Just sayin.
