I sent my jewelry in 16 pieces to be exact and I am told they only recieved 10 items. All 6 of the gold items I sent have gone missing and they had the nerve to try and say I did not send the items. It is a total scam DO NOT use Goldcycler. I don't know how they don't have more complaints. So ALL 6 gold pieces have gone missing after I said just send all my jewelry back. The picture they have of all my jewelry doesn't even include my 6 pieces. These people should go to jail... totally ridiculous.

Regardless if you cancel and want your jewelry back in 10 days they don't answer the phone or respond to your emails. They told me they were wrong and were going to fix it and offered me more money and would find jewelry that would replace what was lost. I followed their instructions on how to get my jewelry back and they never responded. They said it was gone. I emailed them from two different email address and they said they never received them. I had time date and stamp proving they did get it with no failures. They don't answer the phone and sometimes when you get them on there you can't hear them because their voip is horrible. They promised to make right what they messed up and now I am out the jewelry and gave me $80 bucks to compensate for over $1000 worth of jewelry. DO NOT USE GOLD CYCLER AT ALL. GO TO YOUR NEAREST IN PERSON CASH FOR GOLD. REMEMBER ALL CASH FOR GOLD PLACES GET DOUBLE FOR WHAT THEY PAY YOU. DONT GET CHEATED.

I sent them 26 Silver coins most of them 90% silver. I keep track of the silver melt value for these coins quite closely. I also sent some junk gold jewelry pieces. I got a check for $32.33. They paid me $27.00 for the junk gold and tried to tell me that 22 coins had no value at all. I use a melt calculator which has you put the kind and date of the coin in and tells you the melt value of your coins. The melt value at the time of sending them in was $196.87...they were paying me for 4 of the coins only and paying me$3.22 for those 4 coins. They are ripping people off. They say they pay the melt value and they don't. Silver has gone up 4 times since I sent them in. I have kept track of each coin, the date etc I sent to them. All I know is I had better receive them all back or I will be hiring an attorney and sueing them. I have witnesses as to what I sent. Always have witnesses to help you in case they try to rip you off. I would say NEVER send anything to them. I will never do it again.
