Without wasting any time, we immediately initiated the return process and sent the package back to Going Knobs, hoping for clear instructions on how to proceed. Thankfully, we received confirmation from them just two business days later, assuring us that they had indeed received the package.

However, on August 5, we were informed that it would take a rather lengthy 10 to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. To our dismay, we also discovered that there was a sneaky 15% "restocking" fee, which had not been clearly stated at the time of purchase. This deduction from our refund was quite disappointing, as it amounted to a significant sum.

To make matters worse, the refund process took over 15 days, exceeding the initially stated timeframe. This delay, coupled with the unexpected deduction, left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with our experience.

As a result of this unfortunate ordeal, we have decided that we will never again order from Going Knobs. We feel deceived and taken advantage of, as if they were nothing more than a fraudulent and dishonest company. It is truly disheartening to encounter such a ripoff, and we strongly advise others to steer clear of Going Knobs to avoid similar disappointments.

I done placed a sample order from GoingKnobs, ya know, for all them different sizes in a pull/cup/handle style that I was plannin' to order. Let me tell ya, they had the best price I could find on them Top Knob brand hardware, and they didn't even charge no sales tax. Them samples came real quick, I tell ya. So then I went ahead and prepared a pretty big order, 'bout 150 separate items, and guess what? They had their regular pricing, which was already the lowest, plus a special promo for 15% off, free shipping, and like I said before, no sales tax to my state. Now, when you talkin' 'bout an order that's 'bout $1300, that sales tax stuff really matters, ya know? But let me tell ya, their pricing was BY FAR cheaper than any other shop I could find. So I went ahead and placed my order, and guess what? It arrived in two big ol' boxes in 'bout a week. I was expectin' there to be some miscount 'cause it was a big order of the same items but in every size available. But to my surprise, the order was 100% correct. I mean, between the pricin', the speed of the shippin', and the fact that my order was spot on, they went above and beyond my expectations. I ain't lyin', I would absolutely order from them again and I highly recommend 'em.
