I've purchased pair of jeans from Gloria Vanderbilt but it had a nasty clip near waist line and this clip was damaging my t-shirts all the time. I decided not to take any action and not to ask for refund but I want you to know that there are issues with the quality of this product.

I purchased a style# :[protected]-Q59 shirt in heather grey size xl. I loved the style and the fit until I washed it. The length shrunk so I won't wear it again. Also got one in light purple which also shrunk. Am very dissapointed as I NEVER dry my shirts in the dryer. I bought them on sale at Yonkers Plover, Wis. thanks for listening. I bought a pair of Gloria Vanderbilt "Amanda" jeans last month. I wash them in cold water and no dryer. They have shrunk and the blue dye is still coming off on my legs! Not happy with this pair.

I have been wearing GV Amanda capris, shorts, and jeans for years and loved them. However, I recently purchased two pairs of capris from Kohl's. The denim blue are wonderful and fit well. However, the identical capris in the tan color, same style and size, stretch so much they don't fit at all. I have washed and dried in hot dryer trying to shrink, then I took off the back waist band and back seam and took about 3" out of both and re-sewed and still they stretch as soon as I put them on till they are not comfortable to wear. I feel I have wasted my money on these. I will probably continue to wear your brand, but will never buy this color again. Maybe the fabric is defective, but what a big disappointment and I can't afford to just throw them away. Just thought you should know about an unhappy customer.

I've purchased a top from Gloria Vanderbilt and after washing it once in cold water in the hand wash cycle the seam on the side is twisted to the front, making the V-neck not hang in the center, plus the edging around the neck, sleeves and bottom are also twisted. I don't have the receipt for this top so I can't take it back to the store. I've bough Gloria Vanderbilt tops and jeans before and was always satisfied with them, except this time. I definitely wasted my money on this top, can't wear it . Only option is to throw it out.

I agree that quality for Amanda jeans is going downhill. My recent pairs were very uncomfortable. I believe they changed the fabric from cotton/spandex to 73% cotton, 25% polyester, and 2% spandex. The newer jeans don't fit well (too roomy in front), are heavy, and the fabric is too thick. Very uncomfortable to wear.

I had the same problem with the jeans as"-used to love but no more". I have bought the same style, size, etc., for years from Younkers. But, the last time that I bought the jeans, they started to fall down when I was busy gardening or going about my day in other ways. It is really annoying to keep pulling them up. I have always loved the way that these jeans fit and wear. But, I am thinking that it is time to find a new brand.
