We are working on the trace of your shipment, and if your order was in fact received and processed, it may have not yet been received or is in the process of being completed.
If your order was shipped and you have allowed the necessary time for delivery, we will require you to provide
pertinent information about your order so that a replacement order can be sent out to you within ten business days.
PLEASE ALLOW 2-4 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY OF YOUR REPLACEMENT AFTER YOU HAVE PROVIDED THE NECESSARY
INFORMATION BY SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST IN WRITING TO OUR OFFICE WITH TRACE FEE AFTER 60 DAYS
Please note all orders are completed within maximum 60 days for cleared checks. To trace orders must be received
in writing with trace fees of $10 after 60 days. Please be sure to enclose proof of payment of original order and new
order form. Orders older than 60 days with no trace payment will be discarded as all orders completed within time period
including check payments.
If after following the instructions below, and if none applies to you, your order may be processing or not received.
If not received please send written request with proof of payment and delivery to address where you placed your
order for further trace.
Please keep in mind the following before opening up a trace for any order:

1. Allow at least 21 days for international orders to reach us.
2. Orders paid by check will be held 30 days until cleared
before order is processed and shipped. USPS Money orders
must state "INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER" (Pinkish Orange Color)
Not (Green) Postal Money Order
If you sent a a green postal office money order that states "Postal Money Order" instead of "INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER" Your order
shall be on hold pending receipt of a replacement international money order and your original will be sent back with order.
If you still have not received your order paid for via money order or check, please contact your bank or issuer and provide proof of payment by
photocopy of front and back of your payment. Please enclose $5.00 if order more than 60 days old
3. All orders shipped out in order of priority.
4. Custom orders such as certificates, degrees, custom cards take up to two weeks for processing, as they have
to be custom designed. Please allow time for processing and shipping back to you
5. Proof of mailing your order does not guarantee delivery. Any order that does not have a return address on it may be
confiscated, and destroyed due to non-delivery by post office. If you have not put a return address on your shipment,
please check with your post office to confirm delivery.
6. Orders sent by private couriers such as FedEx, Purolator or UPS or Express Mail may not be delivered to our office. We only accept
rush mail via priority mail mail delivery sent via your local postal office, unless we have confirmed delivery.
7. Orders incorrectly filled out with fictitious name and address for shipping is not guaranteed as your
post office will not deliver mail to an address where thy have no record of person residing. in such cases the
order may be confiscated or delayed, and we accept no responsibility for such errors.
8. Any violations of our terms and conditions that relate to profanity, postings, rude and obnoxious mail, derogatory,
threatening, harassing or spammed e-mail will result in immediate termination of any pending order without notice
or recourse to you. We continually monitor such behavior through various ip address tracing software with a strictly
enforced policy, and there is no exception to this rule. There will be a surcharge of $25 re-instatement fee for violations
9. We DO NOT provide confirmation of orders for your own privacy and security, however if you sent your order via registered or priority
mail, please refer to tracking number for delivery, and this is your confirmation of receipt
10. We have automatically opened a trace on your inquiry, and will send you out a replacement order if it was already
completed, processed and shipped. If your order has not yet been processed, it may be due to one of the above
reasons or is awaiting completion, and we ask for your patience.
11. All orders must have a self addressed envelope with your order form and payment. Orders without self addressed envelope
will be held until receipt of US$5.00 for trace and enclosure of SASE
12. Lastly, we take no responsibility for any orders seized by your local customs office for inspection or violation.
