I'm paying for their silver package support and cannot get someone to answer my call, if someone answers, they just hang up... Then from that point no answer... They are still billing me and I cannot stop it... Who do I contact to stop this billing? When I call these numbers... They put me on a circular loop where I have to listen to all kinds of advertisement where they are trying to sell products... All I wanted it it support to fix me computer!
